Life can be stressful and sometimes we all need to share our troubles or encourage ourselves to take some ‘time out’ to switch off and re-charge.

I work as a holistic therapist and provide therapeutic counselling (BACP member) or alternative therapies which promote relaxation (Reflexology and Indian Head Massage).
